Ben Wood serves as Vice-President and has been a member of the Board of Directors since it’s founding. Ben runs the family business, Lifetime Wells of Maryland and has taken many trips to Ghana and Tanzania.

Bob Schultz Treasurer

Bob Schultz earned a BS in Accounting at the University of Delaware. He started his career as a public accountant before transitioning to the banking industry and is currently the CFO and COO at Victory Bank in Limerick, PA.

Bob and his wife enjoy traveling, hiking, working on local mission projects, and supporting their community soccer program.

Iain Hunt-Lifetime Wells International Clean Water Africa

Iain Hunt is an adjunct professor and manager of the International Development track in Villanova University's graduate program in Sustainable Engineering. Iain has 7 years of international field experience in WASH programs and has been involved with Villanova’s partnership with Lifetime Wells since 2015, focused on sustainability efforts.

Burnet Chalmers-Lifetime Wells International Give Water

Burnet Chalmers is a former partner and manager of the Milby Company, a distributor of equipment to water well, septic and water treatment contractors. Burnet is adjusting to life in retirement and giving back to his community.

Chris Quinn served in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and served on the House Appropriations, Consumer Affairs, Gaming Oversight, and Urban Affairs Committees. He is the Vice-Treasurer of the Delaware County Industrial Development Authority and is the owner of the independent Quinn Insurance Agency.

Marie Freeman is retired from the Comptroller of MD, Revenue Admin Division. She is a founding member of C-Team (Citizens for Transportation Emergency Action of MD)  and volunteers for the Ronald McDonald House of MD. Marie has supported Lifetime Wells for many years, including as Social Media manager and as Chair of the  “Walk for the Well of It” water walk.

Al Silkroski

Al Silkroski is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and holds a BS in Business. He founded Hilltop Enterprises where he serves as President.

Al is a member of Marsh Creek Community Church and has been part of many ministries and mission trips.  He and his wife have four children. In his spare time, Al enjoys golfing, fishing, and the outdoors.

Rob Taylor is a mechanical engineering graduate from the University of Delaware, holding various positions in operations and analytics. He keeps his university connection as a volunteer judge, and project sponsor for the senior design program. Rob and his wife, Carol, are long-term supporters of Lifetime Wells International.

David Whaley is the owner of National Property Inspections on the Eastern Shore of MD. David is Treasurer of Choptank River Yacht Club and a board member of Channel Marker, and Food For Learning. David is a long-time supporter of Lifetime Wells and has travelled to Africa to support the organization seven times.

Mark is a graduate of Eastern University. Prior to joining Lifetime Wells International, Mark held numerous leadership and relationship management roles at one of the largest investment services firms in the United States.
