All records, notes, documentation, including records relating in any manner to expenditures made or gifts, bequests, or donations given, shall be and remain the sole property of Lifetime Wells International. Unless otherwise required by law, Lifetime Wells International agrees not to make any documents, records, or other information (whether written or in any other form) available to a third party. Personally identifiable and other sensitive records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for business, accounting, tax or legal purposes.
